By accessing and using CoolInvite, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. User Conduct and Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share using CoolInvite. You agree not to use the service to share any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable material.

4. Purchases and Coins

CoolInvite offers virtual "Coins" and "Lifetime Plans" via Dodo Payments. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

CoolInvite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
